Payment

Payment is due at the time that services are provided. This includes insurance copays and payments for services not covered by your insurance. It is a violation of insurance policies for patients not to pay copays or for a provider not to collect them. While we do everything to ensure that your insurance covers your expenses, we can not be responsible for uncovered expenses. It is ultimately the patients' responsibility to find out and know what their insurance covers and does not cover. We will help as we are able.

We are currently not able to accept credit cards or debit cards. There will be a $42 charge for any returned check. In order to remain in business, we must aggressively pursue payment due on all services we provide.
