Lawrence (Lee) L Golusinski Jr, MD

Dr. Golusinski received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed a residency in Family Practice at Duke University Medical Center where he also served as chief resident. After residency, Dr. Golusinski did a 2-year fellowship in Sports Medicine at Duke. He moved to Atlanta in 1994 and was on the faculty at Emory until 2001 at which time he decided to go into private practice and open his own office.

He continues to serve as Team Physician for Emory University Varsity Athletics. He has also served as a physician at the high school, recreational and national team levels.

Vickie Thomas, MA
Medical Assistant

Ms. Thomas is an honors graduate of Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Dunwoody, GA. She did her clinicals at Honey Creek Medical. She had an additional four years of patient care experience prior to going to school to become a medical assistant. She is pleased to assist you with any nursing issues you may have.

Antrice Burks
Office Manager

Ms. Burks comes to IFPSM from HealthSouth at Emory where she was Office Manger for the past two years. Before relocating to Atlanta, she spent the previous five years as Front Desk Coordinator for a prestigious orthopedic clinic in Austin, TX.
