Office Hours

Our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday through Friday.

We close from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch.

Patients are seen by appointment only.

Appointments

We use "Open Access" scheduling and will offer patients an appointment within 24 hours of a request for an appointment, usually on the same day of a request if a patient calls before 10AM. Please understand that, unfortunately, during rare occasions such as holidays, this may not be logistically possible, but we will strive to see everyone as quickly as possible.

In order to maintain such access, we must adhere to a cancellation policy requiring patients to cancel appointments no later than 24 hours prior to their appointment. Anyone who does not cancel a physical exam appointment will be charged a $25 "no-show" fee.

In order to maintain a timely schedule, our scheduling staff will inquire as to the nature of the appointment so the appropriate amount of time may be allotted. If additional items or concerns arise at the time of the visit, it may be necessary to schedule an additional appointment at a future date.

In addition, in order to respect everyone's time, we see patients who are on time for their appointments on a priority basis. We reserve the right to ask anyone arriving late for their appointment to reschedule.

We will be closed Monday, May 30th for Memorial Day.

We will be closed Monday, July 4th for Independence Day.

Emergency calls will still be taken via our answering service which may be reached by calling the office number, 404-577-7800.
